Congress vs the PEOPLE

Democrats try to paint Republicans and Conservatives as “out of the mainstream” and not representing the true feelings of the American people. New data from Rasmussen proves them wrong. Here are the hard facts per Rasmussen:

1) Only 29% of the American people think that our country is headed in the right direction

2) 64% of Americans think our country is headed in the wrong direction

3) 90% of Republican voters think that we are headed in the wrong direction

4) 70% of independent voters think that we are headed in the wrong direction

In another Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 62% of voters now rate Congress’ performance as poor,

But then 79% feel most members of Congress are more interested in helping their own careers than in helping people, higher than the findings on this question for all of last year but consistent with views since January. Just 10% say Congress is more sincerely interested in helping people.

Is there any question then on why Joe Walsh is doing so well in campaigning against Congresswoman Bean.
